Great product, great service.
Affordability.
Slightly what I'd describe as "top heavy," making for some tipping hazards.

I LOVE my new mobility scooter. It gives me the freedom and independence I'd been missing. Ordering was a breeze.
Great scooter, I love it a lot and the price makes it...
How small it is and the comfort of it.
The base is too small which makes it tip too easy.

I am 55 years old and have trouble walking. I have a walker for short walks but I need a scooter for long distance.
For price and need, it was a good investment.
Reasonably light and easy to assemble.
Haven't thought of or noticed anything as of yet.

He is a male, aged 73, that has lost his ability to stand on his own and to walk unaided.
Works as advertised.
Good value for the money
Electrical harness for assembly and disassembly needs to be simplified and improved. Clips are not easy to pull apart.

So glad we were able to purchase this product.
Easy to transport. Put together with a great turning radius. The slim line allows you to go anywhere.
It could use a little more power going up hills or grass, but we make adjustments.

My husband is awaiting knee replacement surgery. The scooter we purchased has given him his freedom back. He can wait and still live.

My son is disabled and dosen't have the balance and layed it on the side twice . So we are going to mount 2 idler wheels up front for uneven turns
Just bought our second so that should say it all.
Ease of use, durability.
Have not found any "weaknesses" but we wish it had more speed.

We just bought a second scooter so we each have our own. We are in our mid-70s with some medical issues where a scooter is very helpful.
Thanks for allowing me to stay independent in my own...
Ease of use.
Charger plug is hard to connect. I have low vision and cannot see to do this well.

I use my scooter to go from my independent living apartment down to the dining room, and mail boxes, which is quite aways away.
