The ease of using and functinality of the chair.

The measurements and weight scale recommendations should be looked at. I ordered the Medium size and at 5"9 my legs do hang off the end of the chair..

Have athritic knees and feet...this has worked wonders.

I am very glad I ordered the heat and vibrate because he has lower back problems and this really helps, also he sleeps in the chair and it is much nicer to be able to have the back operated seperately.

The numbers of buttons that need to be pressed are confusing for him.

The user of this product can now learn to transfer on her own from the recliner to her power chair, so it offers her the possibility of more independence.

It would be nice if the chair back didn't recline so much when the feet are elevated.
