Needed help to get me around when loaner scooters weren't available. I hadn't been to a mall in about 4 yrs. not so now....1st place we went!
It is a very nice benefit for handicaps at a fair price.
Easiness of operation
The low clearance is a hinderence in getting over entry doors and curbs. One inch higher would help a lot.

For visiting neighbors and freedom to ride on the sidewalks.
Prompt service
Use it to try to keep a life going. seems to be built pretty good
It lacks power to go up a slight slope. Possibly needs to have about 2-3 more horsepower would be sufficient!

I am 83 years old and suffer from severe COPD and also have a back problem.
One of the best purchases I've ever made!
The ease of transporting this scooter - fits into the trunk of a Nissan Altima!
At this point, I do not find any weaknesses in this product.
