I never realized they manufactured chairs like this.
The strengths are the ease in lying back, raising the legs above the heart, and being able to get out of the chair without traumatic pain, which I had been doing in my standard chairs and sofas. The edema in my legs has gone down, and I'm not sure, but I think the chair has helped.
So far I haven't found any weaknesses, and I don't anticipate doing so. I practically live in this chair and love it.

I am a 67-year-old woman with fibromyalgia. I am only 5 feet tall, and I got the small size.
Good product.
Like the looks of the chair, and the quietness of it too.
Haven't found any at this time.

Age 83, female with broken back.
Gives a person back their freedom of movement and lessens...
The upright positioning and also the flat bed usage for nights when getting in and out of real bed is impossible. Also the independence regained.
Needs 2 men and a large doorway to get it through. There is no give to the chair. Had to remove doors and doorframe to get inside. Not an easy job to get in.
