74 year old male with Rheumatoid Arthritis in knees.
It does what I need it to do.
Easy to assemble, long battery life, and smooth operation.
Can become unstable traversing an incline but that's typical of any 3 wheel scooter.

A 75 year old male with COPD. Living is a senior center. Use it to get around and go for meals.
Mostly user-friendly.
Ease of use and great turning ability.
For an older person the charger is hard to insert into the battery. You really have to twist to get down far enough to insert plug, and the port is not very visible. Also don't like that the battery has a fabric cover and not a plastic cover.

My mother uses the scooter. She is 85 and has knee problems. She lives in a CCRC and uses the scooter to get around campus.

My husband had a stroke at 72 and was left with a left-side deficit and a bad left knee. Thanks to his scooter he still has his freedom to go outside!
good but order 4 wheels
Easy to operate, easy to travel with
On sloped surfaces like driveway openings tends to tip easily order 4 wheels anyway. This is a great product but I wish I had ordered a 4 wheel I use it for store runs and shopping at mall.

Do not use it often
Helps me to be mobile on days when I'm not able to walk well
I do feel that it is too jerky unless throttle is eased of slowly & disappointed that seat tilts back instead of being flat. Had to purchase wedge cushion. Otherwise satisfied with product

Great value for the price.
the ease of getting it in the car trunk and out again to use it.
The only real weakness I see is the soft battery cover for battery protection.
