I was concerned about ordering a product such as this online but I was able to spec it out and ordered it. I was very very happy that I had not been had. The reassurance of the security of this site was very helpful.

Lack of some instructions for a woman. Man-tight screws have been hard to unscrew. Other than that, no problem.

I am a 88 year old with post polio syndrome. I have a very weak right leg and I'm unable to walk without assistance. I had a Victory for 10 years

Well built, easy to maneuver in stores. Baskets are great to shop with.

Seat does not go low enough for short people like me. It is useable but can be better. Great for the price. The cover is not waterproof and really needs to be.

I walk with two canes and can't walk very far, I have to have wheels in order to buy food and visit with neighbors.

Stability and ease of use.

Plastic basket instead of metal, and too small. Review mirrors are a pain as they turn with the handle bars and obstruct forward views.

It is fairly easy to assemble and then ready to drive.

The dual control feature for hand driving can be somewhat confusing at first. The scooter really could use a wider deck area for stability of foot movement.
