Good chair if fits the user properly.
Quality of craftsmanship and materials. The chair works as advertised. The standard seat upholstery is very good.
The head rest bends my head too far forward almost choking me. The seat cushion is too rigid and hurts the tail bone after a long duration of sitting in the chair. When it is the only place one can sit after a surgery it can certainly make ones rear area ache a lot.

I am 6'5" tall, weigh 395, and just had a hip replaced. I sleep in this chair as well as watch tv evenings. It is uncomfotable
Makes it possible to sit without hurting all of the time.
Good looks,ease of use, comfortable
None at this time. Have had trouble with chairs not holding up over time due to my weight. Time will tell if this was worth the extra money spent to buy this particular chair. That is the only reason I have not rated this chair higher.

I am a 56 year old, heavy set female with arthritis and fibromyalgia. I use a wheelchair most of the time. Pain makes it hard to be comfortable.
It fits him good
The widenest and the ability to have the chair sit higher than close to the floor. Most people want to just get up out of chair, not push themsleves out
one more level of reclining.

My brother is a big man and cannot fit in traditional recliner
The chair serves the purpose but I would buy a different...
The chair lifts and reclines as promised and delivery was fast and problem free. The subsequent service call was also prompt and satisfactory.
We have had the hand control replaced (less than 1 month in the home)and the chair is MUCH smaller than anticipated. It is barely big enough for the patient in spite of being sold as an "Extra wide" and "Heavy duty" chair. He really required a much larger chair but is not well yet and was not willing to deal with the fiasco of returning the chair for another.

My 59 y.o. friend experienced outpatient abdominal hernia surgery-gone-wrong and was hospitalized for nearly 3 months. He was virtually bed-bound.
Comfortable and secure.
Price, quiet operation and comfort.
Haven't found any yet.

Comforter Series Extra Wide Heavy Duty 3-Position: Review
This chair is beautiful, very comfortable, and very easy to use. It lifts me high enough to rise comfortably.
You can't sit up in the chair with your feet raised without propping your upper back forward with a pillow - when you raise your feet the chair back reclines too far to do anything but rest.

I am in my 50's and very obese at 450 lbs.
Ask for fabric swatches before ordering
weight capacity, and ease of operation
Ease of connecting the back to the bottom when first arriving, and fabric color was not what I saw in brochure for Salsa Would like to be able to raise feet without having to lay the chair back to do so.

Bought this chair for family member that visits that has a hard time getting up from my other recliners that sit too low for him.
Great product, poor delivery service !
So far the quality seems to be good, ease of use is great, very quiet motors.
Delivery was overnight, too bad they forgot the transformer!Delivered to wrong address even after address was confirmed. Then they sent the transformer to the wrong address even after the address was confirmed. Let me sum it up this way GREAT PRODUCT SO FAR, ASK ME AGAIN IN A YEAR OR SO!
