my father has parkinsons and has limited mobility and is 93. the chair is a god send.
It is a good investment for the physically challenged.
the chair helps greatly in keeping my mother comfortable during the day. The ease of operation really helps the caregiver and affords good safety.
I do not find any weaknesses with the chair.

Good product.
Good quality chair. Very comfortable and easy to use. Makes getting up and down easy. Motor is very quiet and not distracting during tv watching.
Protective arm covers fall off everytime you get up and wish chair would recline a bit more so feet are higher up.

Chair works as advertised.
Smooth actions.
The cushion is way too stiff. They need to be much softer and comfortable.
