It is sturdy and indistructable. It goes a long way on one battery charge. It has given me new freedom and a new lease on life. I can get out after being homebound for years!

The wide version of the chair does not fit through a standard door. The steering is over sensitive and takes some time to get used to on the higher speed setting.

Easy to adjust just about anything on this machine. Overall it works great. The rep that set it up (Tom) was excellent. The salesman (Jeff) was excellent also.

my seat is much larger than needed--I followed your measuring instructions, but the fit is not what I would have desired--thereby affecting manuverabilty and making it harder to load into a vehicle.
