Very easy to load the scooter.

The pins freeze up and are hard to remove. A suggestion would be to add a mat to the base to avoid road salt and mud from splashing up onto the scooter.

Needs a strap or handle on the lift part that goes to the ground. Hard to find a good place to grab and pull up.

The lift I purchased from SpinLife is "GREAT". Very easy to hook up to vehicle and use. I leave it on my vehicle with a locking pin in the hitch and when not in use, leave it in the upright stored position. Just a matter of pulling a pin and lowering or raising.

Nice concept but very hard to use

The holes where the pins are are not centered correctly. You must shake and try to lift up the gate in order to get the pins back in all at the same time. Very hard to do! If the lift was more sturdy and the pins were easier to remove and insert I would recommend product but not the way it is now.

Ease of use after installation. Installation takes 2 people due to the weight but easy to install with two people.
