The relative ease of operation, although I have had little use so far because of cold weather. It is a very sturdy carrier, well constructed with adequate size steel members.

The company needs to get someone to write new instructions. They should be written as if the person was not familar with mechanical things. These are the worst instructions they don't even mention the jack screw to make it level. I was an engineer so I had no trouble. I also modified the ramp with a fold down extension to reduce the angle of the encline.

I haven't found any weaknesses so far. It meets my expectation. I haven't used this product very long so I hope my feeling will be the same a year from now.

That the EZ carrier attached quickly, and comes off with the same ease, and that it can be put up against the rear door without taking up any more parking space.
