Its small size is an advantage
Quiet, compact design. It is a good value.
Steering handles could be designed to make easier to enter and exit the scooter. Would like lifting eyes to hook a sling to, to enable easy lifting into a suv.

78 years can't walk long distances
Helpful
Duration of charge; ease of turning
Speed sometimes accelerates on its own. It is relatively unstable (i.e can tip over easily)

Good scooter for lighter individual.
Easy for caregiver to breakdown and reassemble. Affordable, stylish.
Not very sturdy for a heavier individual, although model rated up to 300 pounds. She feels like she will tip over when taking corners and going up curbs. The seat wiggles when your seated adding to your feeling like you will tip over. In retrospect we should have gotten a 4 wheel heavier duty model.
