first unit had to be replaced because it did not function
Second unit received and installed works as advertised, Makes loading and unloading of scooter easy. Pride did not hesitate to replace defective unit.
Initial unit did not perform. There were problems with power pack and the mechanism hung up when trying to operate.

It floats right into the van....throw in the dogs and you...
We had it installed which meant all we had to do was pay for it ....definitely worthwhile.

I am 58 and need mobile help if I plan to do anything. The hard part was to find an affordable way to transport the item that wouldn't hurt my husband
yes. with good qualified installers like we had.
Ease of operation
A little rattle in back when going down the road. Probably can be stopped with better scooter tie downs.

Walking disalility
Safer & easier to use than other methods.
Solid construction Adaptability to your vehicle Cost versus a customization of your vehicle Minimal loss of interior vehicle space
Instructions not clear and concise Securing strap too low for disabled users Waste of unnused parts depending on vehicle

I have parkinsons disease and i do not have a great range of motion the back packer is a lifesaver as it enables me to operate the lift by my self
Eliminates virtually all physical exertion by the user.
Quality construction, ease of use, gives user independence.
Installation instructions need tweaking-not too clear, could use a battery-condition meter, if hard-wired...needs a harness to allow wire to "travel" withour getting pinched, operating buttons are too hard to push.
