This is a very well constructed product. It has opened a new way of life for me. Being a small woman I was concerned that it would be to much for me to handle. The remote control is a blessing. No cranking handles or tugging on hard lines. It has helped to to regain my inner strength and a good sense of pride. My family is most impressed with the strength of your product. My father and husband completed the install with no difficulty at all. They were very impressed with the quality and the finish of the steel used.

So far I have found no weaknesses at all.

Arm obscures veiw out of the back window (make it easy to raise and lower arm). Electrical connectors should be soldered (not just crimped).

it is very sturdy...

it could be a little lighter...the control buttons should be reversed so hand is not around the cord...was told needed a $40 installation kit and did not need it...manual does not show dimensions of footprint....installation instruction is very meager.
