Mom is 87 and has several limitations, including walking. She can use a walker, but only with help for short distances of about 200 feet.

For the price and materials, it is a serviceable chair.
Price. Lighter weight than some wheel chairs.
Many parts are made of plastic, and thin plastic at that, whereas other wheel chairs have those same parts as metal.

I am actually the user's daughter but had to purchase the chair in her name. She is 92, has neuropathy with difficulty walking
