None thus far, however, delivery time was ridiculous!

The chair is as described; however, the seat needs more...
currently it works and meets my needs.
the cushions covering motor , seat are too thin. It is very expensive to be so uncomfortably thinly padded.

Excellent lift chair. Well built, sturdy, comfortable.
Sturdiness, comfort, ease of adjustment.
Would have liked more movement range for back rest, not matter how feet are adjusted. Once feet are at a certain elevation, back rest cannot be raised.

77 year old male. with heart valve and two by passes, told that lifting will help. it works just fine.
GOOD PRODUCT SUITABLE FOR MY NEEDS
Since I am in this chair 24/7 I need a cushioned seat that will not break down and get 'ruts' in it. I hope this chair will not do what the last chair I bought from you did in time. So far it is wonderful.
However, the arms being so WIDE limit my ability to reach anything on the floor. This is my second chair from you but the last one was had arms not so wide and it worked well for me. Also, I wish you had this model in a smaller sized as I am only 5'2". My neck gets sore from the neck section being so high.

Not provided
Very comfortable, easy to use.
Powerful enough for a large person.
The power converter has a loud annoying buzzing sound. I have asked for a replacement. Let's see what happens.

Good quality and comfort
We researched quite a few before we bought this one. Good quality, and the provided description is what we got! Heat and massage were an important feature. Also, the one concern we had was promptly addressed and the customer service is excellent.
Two different hand sets that are a bit confusing to use. Massage motor is a bit louder than we anticipated.

Mom is 85 and suffers from back and knee health issues.
very good recliner for people with mobility and edema...
The main strength is the fact that this model allows the user to raise her/his feet higher than her/his heart, which helps reduce swelling in the lower legs and feet.
Even though the chair has a high weight limit, I find the seat width and depth are a bit snug for me, and I am quite a bit under the stated weight limit. Also, the padding in the seat could be better, as I find it feels hard after sitting for more than an hour.

I am a plus-size woman with PPMS who needs a lift recliner to get to a standing position.
