First, it was better then expected, the delivery service was second to none. The quality of the chair and features/design are top notch.

Leather fabric removed the concerns about keeping the recliner clean. Color is perfect.

Wish I could have separate control buttons rather than just up and down buttons.

Well put together..very sturdy and comfortable. Heat and massage feature is wonderful.

Only thing I wish is that it was a bit larger of a seat, otherwise no weaknesses.
