Comfortable. Great improvement over the seat of the wheelchair without a cushion. Has greatly reduced/nearly eliminated the need to reposition him in the wheelchair--no more redness on his buttocks after time in the wheelchair. Cushion stays in place during transfers. His caregivers are pleased with it.
