Great features are the heavy duty plastic basket, wrap...
I've had several scooters and now only consider Pride due to quality and durability at low cost.
I'm a tough critic but have difficulty finding any weakness. The rubber cap over the charging port on all battery packs NEVER remains in place. This is a universal problem. Bending down to plug in blindly to this port is solved by the port located on the tiller.

I got exactly what was ordered, and at the time of delivery I was out of town so they delivered it to my brother in the same home with no problems!
Overall have enjoyed having this product.
It is fairly lightweight, easy to operate, and seems very reliable.
It is low to the ground making even the smallest of sidewalk bumps or other rises like thresholds a challenge. It is slow, even in rabbit speed. It offers no suspension which makes for a rough ride on less than smooth surfaces.

Go-Go Elite Traveller Plus Scooter: Review
Compact and lightweight.
Wish the seat would freely rotate with a locking mechanism that gives you a choice where to stop the seat rotation.

Pride seems to listen and make regular improvements.
Much quieter motor and foot room has been improved.
This scooter has a Delta tiller instead of the straight bar steering, which was better for hanging shopping bags on the handle bar and bringing groceries into the home. Also the Forward and Reverse is backwards from the previous straight bar generation. I am still running into things.
