Wife has very bad knees and cannot walk long distances.
Better than a motorized wheelchair!
Easy to transport.
Could have more room between seat and steering wheel.

My 68 year old husband who has Parkinson's can operate the scooter. It controls great - he can go places again. It handles our yard well.
It works great and is easy to use.
It is light weight and easy to charge with the multiple charging ports on the scooter.

Phoenix HD 3/4-Wheel Portable Scooter: Review
Can go from concrete to grass with no problem.
The only weakness found seems to be a problem with switch and battery. Lights on but not the first red and fully charged. Turn switch on and off and finally engage.

My husband is 84 years young and recovering from a head injury. The scooter enables him to remain active in his hobbies.
Very good product, it was much better made than I expected.
The quality of of the materials used. It was made far better than I expected for a piece of equipment that can be broken down and put in my van. Very good.
The instruction booklet that came with the scooter should be up graded and be for the scooter that I purchased. Not knowing what I was getting into I found the instructions difficult to follow, After reading them several times and calming myself, down all went well; and several times of breaking it down and putting back together all is well.

90 years old; enjoys riding the scooter down the street, stopping occasionally to visit neighbors. He has multiple health problems and is on oxygen.
Well made product but horn is whimpy.
Well made and sturdy but still can take down.
Better horn and led headlamp. Their weight limit is 150lbs.

Good little scooter that is durable and strong.
Frame and design are superior, seat is comfortable, durability is awesome.
Needs bigger battery for longer operational time and distance. Needs suspension.
