80 year old who had polio at a young age, can now only stand.
I am extremely pleased with this product, as a wheelchair...
Good turning radius for small houses and hallways. Portability is great.
Would have preferred a more accessible position of charging outlet.

Elder, post-polio user for getting around the home when legs and hips are weak and uncomfortable.
More than satisfactory product and service.
Light weight, simple to assemble and transport.

My parents are very pleased with the scooter and are using it to attend grandchildren's ball games and other events.
Just as good as advertised. Exactly what I needed.
Easy to take apart and assemble. Very comfortable seat.
The LED display lights on the handlebar were too bright, especially at night, so I just put a small sticky note over them - still visible day and night, but less of a glare on my eyes. The horn is not what I thought it would be. However, overall I am very pleased.

A very nice, 75 year-old grandfather who has back and knee arthritis (me).
It allows me to be somewhat independent - not having to...
The portability of the product allows me to break it down into 5 pieces and transport it to my destination and reassemble there. Also, the maneuverability is outstanding!
If there was/is a weakness for me, it have to be the difficulty in fitting the deck to the drive wheel assembly - the first step in reassembling the scooter.

The Go-Go Ultra X 3-wheel scooter is an excellent machine...
The strengths of the Go-Go Ultra X 3-wheel are its maneuverability, size, and ease of transportation.
The weaknesses of the Go-Go Ultra X are mainly cosmetic. It would be nice if it were available in a more subdued color like black, dark grey, or dark blue. I also find the battery indicator lights to be blindingly bright in darker settings like a theater or auditorium. I usually cover the lights in some way.

The biggest issue is taking the seat off, otherwise it is an easy set-up.
Easy to use.
Short turning radius--can turn into hallways without scraping walls.
Can be a balance problem with the one front wheel.
