It's a great help, comfortable, easy to use, long battery...
Ease of use, easy to maneuver, rugged, fits in the back of my SUV and I can load and unload it by myself. Easy to assemble, long battery life.
I have had some trouble getting my seat to stay at the desired setting.

I have difficulty walking long distances or staying on my feet for long periods of time. I got the scooter to take to craft fairs, etc. in particular
Outstanding product!
Lighter weight and will easily maneuver through standard doorways.
It tips easily. I have one of your 4 wheel scooters and I’m glad I bought that one first.

I don’t like the the reverse on the right side the go forward is the left it is very confusing
Gets the job done!
Easy to use even for a heavyweight like me.
The seat needs an added cushion, and the manual doesn't tell how to change those color panels or how to reverse the control paddles. Mine are reversed from my older scooter.

Easy to operate and easy to take apart and fit into my...
It allows me to do things I haven't been able to do in along time. The battery lasted along time and it was used on paved hill trails as well. I gave me freedom once again to do things, which is priceless.
It is a bit heavy and I cannot load it without help. Even the battery pack is heavy for me to lift.

I am 58 years old with major neuropathy, severe weakness in legs and have had spinal fusion surgery.
Great scooter.
Small and fast. Gets me around tight spaces.
Heavy but to be expected. Others help me get it in my Bavaria.

Easy to assemble and disassemble.
Lightweight and easy to make tight turns.
Tips a little too easily. I needed to put my feet out to steady it. Also there is no light on the scooter.

73 years old, prior to surgery I was walking 10 to 12,000 steps a day. The Spitfire has saved my bacon. Awesome scooter.
Love the scooter
The fact it breaks down into light parts and small enough to fit into car trunk.
The old model this replaced had a gague, the new one uses led lights. These lights are so bright they effect night vision too the point I covered then with two layers of very dark window tint. I think this should be looked at or at least noted in the specs of the unit.
