The chair is very comfortable, easy to use with the hand control, and very quiet.

I wish I could disable the back function from going down. I disabled the Zero Gravity and the Sleep functions because the chair is located too close to the wall (our problem).

My brother feels it is a quality product-motors, support, comfort, fabric, positions and controls. Said it is very quiet.

My brother said he could not name a weakness nor could he make any suggestions for improvement.

I am neither user or caregiver. I ordered it to be sent to my 68 year-old brother in another state who is taking chemo and has bad knees. LOVES IT !

Very comfortable, lifts faster than other lift recliners, very quiet when operating, frame quality made.

When it recommends s/m size of max. height of 5'6 that it pushing it. If person is one inch taller they diffently have to get m/l or the recliner is to narrow and to short.

My wife many uses the recliner. Her age is 53. I bought the recliner because of her having both knees replaced in July.

Multiple comfortable positions, very easy to operate, quick response, quiet, safe lift position, quality fabric, comfortable massage.

I would like a higher degree of heat for my arthritis.
