User is a 67 year old wheelchair bound female. This chair was selected because it is small enough to navigate around the house.

I just replace it with the new model. The old one was 6-years old still going strong but the seat was starting to become uncomfortable. I use this chair primarily for inside and very maneuverable.
I got the upgraded seat very nice. Except you can’t recline it without removing the screws and changing the position to one of four. It’s a real pain but other than that it’s a good chair.

Very maneuverable I had one before this one I had to send back because I had a problem with the controller and foot plate could not fix got another
Good product but buying premium seat was a mistake.
Solid construction, good battery endurance, efficient turning radius.
The standard seat is actually superior with regard to comfort. To avoid removing the heavy battery just to charge it, plug the charger into the receptacle on the armrest beneath the joystick.

Excellent product
The ease of fitting in a mid sized car.
The wheel assemble of the chair is too heavy for a senior to lift into the trunk of a car. Must have assistant from others.

Widowed 82 year old senior. Tired of trying to go shopping at stores with insufficient numbers of electric shopping carts. Wal Mart is the worst.
Slower than last 3 wheel
Ease of entry, controller.
Power

All in all we like the chair, just needs a bigger seatbelt.
The different speeds.
The seat is not deep enough and the seat belt is not long enough.

Was told it would make tight turns into the bathroom, it does not. The user of the chair is a large women and the seatbelt is not big enough.
good product
good design,easy to operate
foot support is difficult to raise or lower. lever to engage or disengage the free roll somewhat difficult to use.

Nice, simple, standard, compact power wheelchair that gets...
Compact, fits through the doorways of my home, ease of use, battery lasts long after one charge
Seat is wobbly, wish the back was a little higher, don't try to bend over to pick something up off the floor while in the wheelchair, will tip over. Don't recommend going up hill or down hill, not stable. Going over flat, smooth surface is fine.

I'm a 43yr. old female with Dermatomyositis and Scoliosis. The past year I've lost some strength and mobility.
product is as expected
maneuverability and easy disassembly for transport in any vehicle
short arm rests, standard seat is too shallow front too back, a bit of shock dampening in suspension would be nice
paul n. from battle creek, mi
enable movement over greater distances than before
