Its street legal
This product is confusing to operate for an older person. Also, although it has small stabilizer wheels on the back, this has a danger of tipping back when going up a steeper incline because the seat is set so far back. You can move it forward, but only slightly. None of the reviews state this, but there is a learning curve for some users with all of the different controls like speed variation buttons, turn signal buttons and the key fob with an alarm. If you are purchasing this for someone that is older or if they express an interest then be sure to review the different features with them to make sure they will be able to get up to speed. My dad thought the battery wouldnt charge when its just that he had no idea (due to all of the steps required) how to even turn it on.

Great product!
Easy to use and covers a good distance.
Breaking is very abrupt, makes for a jerky stop.

Perfectly meets our needs.
Sharp looking. Easy to use. Safe for evening use outdoors with adequate lighting. Comfortable ride. Great distance performance.
Wide turning radius. Owner's manual could be better.

I am almost 85 and arthritic. A little rheumatism thrown in as well. I cannot be on my feet more than 10 or 15 minutes and the need to sit grabs me.
Overall satisfied.
The speed it can travel and the distance it can go on a single charge.
Very low torque, it has a hard time getting started from a dead stop especially if there's any kind of incline. I would also like to say that the ad for this product is not exactly accurate. It says that there's a 8" or 8 1/2 " ground clearance but is only about 5" which really disappointed me. That was one of the main reasons I bought this particular product.
