I'm very happy with it, however there was a problem, but customer took care of the situation right away.Delivery took longer,no explanation as to why
Disappointed/Aggravated
Arm pads are comfortable.
Hand rims leave nasty black marks on my hands and I have cleaned them with different products with no help. Wheelchair feels shaky when turning corners and does not feel solidly assembled. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Has made a wonderful difference in my lifestyle since I can...
The comfort of the seat, the ease of use in my apartment
The only thing I would change is the leg pads where your legs rest in the up position. They need to be adjustable so that I can raise or lower them and I believe mine are fixed in place.

I am so crippled up with arthritis that it is very for me to walk. Plus the fact that I suffer from lymphedema in my legs.
Would be better if it was built to last.
Easy to order & ship
Frame welds and metal are weak. Usually needs repair welding after 1 1/2 years

This was for my 40 YO son who has chronic foot problems. This is the 3rd or 4th chair purchase from Spinlife, they only last about two years.
It is a very nice solid chair my friend who I bought it for...
I like how you can custom order it the way that that suits you-different frames, tires & so-forth.
I saw no weaknesses in this chair....

I bought this chair for a friend, Larry, I'm not exactly sure of his age? 48-50 years old ? he is very active, even without legs!
Poor quality materials used for front wheels and bearings.
Does the job
Plastic wheel rims and bearings should not be on a heavy-duty wheelchair, because of the materials used this chair will not last wear and tear very long. Hand brakes are backwards to what I am used to using.

51-year-old male amputee (of right leg).
Third chair. This one is grossly inferior and unsafe.

Wheels don't match the frame and the handrails have raw metal edges where they were never soldered.
