Great scooter that I go everywhere on.
Strong motor, well built frame, turning is great, and putting it together was fun as I had plenty of help - they all wanted to ride it!
I wish the seat was a bit bigger.

I am 70 year old and an amputee of the left leg. Scout is easy to get on and off, and operation is a breeze - I love it!
Very useful product!
Solidly built.
Turn radius is very limited, short battery life unless you upgrade, low clearance - you will scrape going down curbs.

I am a 62 year old woman who uses a walker to get around. The Spitfire gives me freedom to move around outside, meet people and have fun.
The scooter is too slow! The main part is a bit heavy as...
Comes apart and is put back together easily, is light enough weight that I can manage it.

85 year old male, everything is as advertised. If I had to do it over again, I would find a model that goes faster - but I still like this scooter.
Great little scooter.
Easy to break down and put in the trunk. Gives my wife mobility and independence. Freeing for me as well.
Plastic wheels aren’t the best. Sharp, jerky turns if you aren’t careful.

Spouse has significant chronic back problems that limit her mobility. We have rented scooters multiple times while at events or venues.
I have not used it, it is much heavier than I can lift.
It seems very sturdy and friendly to use.
It needs to set higher than it does to have more ground clearence.

The chair swivels to allow easy dismount.
The chair si a bit smaller than my husband would prefer. He can use it, but it is cramped for him!

This is for my husband. He is 48 and suffers from failing kidneys and liver, as well as several other issues.

None so far.

I bought the scooter for my wife, her knees hurt if she walks to much, she likes to ride it, thanks!
It is just what the doctor ordered!
The battery life is great!
I wish the back of the seat was higher.

The person that is going to use it is 72 years old and has trouble with his legs and has trouble getting around, and this is just right for him.
It enables me to get around town, to the library, church,...
It is small and easy to maneuver. You can go around corners, up ramps, into buildings. I haven't yet gone as far as it probably can go. It charges up very easily - I am able to plug it into the outlet in the hallway of my building.
Due to its compact size, I can't take my rollator with me on it (I had hoped to be able to bungee-cord it to the back of the seat). I ride on the side walks here in Amesbury - they are bumpy, a lot are brick - it would be great if there were shock absorbers!

I am 81 yrs old, no longer able to walk very far (even with a rollator). I no longer have a car. I live in an elderly housing apartment.
I wish the length was longer as I am tall.
That it is easy to use.
The length and the basket could be bigger.

The assembly and disassembly were easy, and I was able to get the scooter in and out of my car easily which was my main concern.
A dream come true.
Ease of use, comfort, and quality.
Didn't know about the breaker reset switch. Not mentioned in instruction book.
