The pillow is used on my wheelchair and it is just what was needed to give a more comfortable ride. It fits nicely and looks good.

The gel really makes the wheel chair a lot more comfortable. I've used it twice to go Christmas shopping and it was very comfortable for the time I spent in it. I'm unable to walk far distance and that's why I got a wheelchair and the cushion to go with it.

Made a difference in the comfort of my friend
The construction of it with the foam surrounding the gel.
Don't know what the longevity of the cushion is. That would make a difference.
