She absolutely loves this wheelchair. Calls it a Cadillac.
Ease of turning, practically "on a dime" - so important for ease of getting the chair into position on the bus. It was tailor-made to her size and specifications for optimum comfort.
She hasn't mentioned any weaknesses of the product.

She is a 66-year-old woman who weighed close to 400 pounds at the time of this purchase, and she cannot walk.
Very pleased with the ease of use and product mobility.
Flexibility for close spaces. Great for people with limited mobility.
A little difficult to maneuver onto platform lift for the van - small front and rear wheels "flip around" and grind against the sides of the lift.

Have had serious back problems for several years and a failed back surgery that damaged a nerve to my left leg. The Jazzy provides superior mobility.
Built like a tank, charger excellent, turn radius.
Construction is great. The charger stays very cool when in operation. Small turn radius makes elevator use easy. Really appreciate the efficient, easy-to-use lock out system. Stops children from hurting themselves or others.
Bought the walker carrier also but the curve of the vertical bar is really weird - the bend makes it's use problematic. Will set in storage forever.

Very sturdy chair.
Salesman. Size. Easy to use. Set up by technician.
Had to wait for the technician to set it up. No weakness in the chair itself.

It is a very sturdy chair that performs well.
Comfort, stability, ease of use.
My chair failed during the first week due to a problem in the motor/brake assembly. Replacement parts were not readily available so they gave me a new chair. It performs flawlessly. I would highly recommend it.
