We use this to move 95 year old stroke victim from wheelchair to bed. Even my 5 year old granddaughter knows how to operate it!

It folds.

It folds flat, easy to store in car. Much lighter than my old lift.

The lift is still a bit to heavy for me. The average man would not have a problem. The wheels for me, are hard to get standing once you want to store it.

My wife had advanced colon cancer and was unable to walk or stand. Unfortunately, she died before ever using your product.

Portability, leg spreading pedal, low weight. I could have gotten a standard model Hoyer lift paid for by insurance but I paid for this Hoyer Advance myself because I thought it much better than the older designs.

My wife age 78 paralysed on her left side due to a major stroke.

The regular Hoyer lift I had rented was so heavy I could not wheel it across the carpeted floor with him in the sling. The Advance Portable lift not only is easier to push around, but it is vastly better balanced and sets him down easier. I love the handle. The foot levers used to spread and narrow the legs work way better than other lifts I've used as well, the the design is also more attractive.

The only scary thing about this product is that it is very easy to back it over your foot when pulling back on it while loaded. Please don't operate it in sandals ;-)

I bought this to help me get my 82 old husband from bed to wheelchair, shower, and into transportation. He had a double stroke & cannot stand or walk
