Fullfills my needs.
Well built and should last a long time if not abused.
The kit is not easy to build by a layman. It is heavy and needs more than one person to install. It is not easy to use because of its weight. The locking pin is difficult to pull and insert.

Like the fact that it folds up against the RV when not in use.
Difficult to get pin in and out when folding product up into store position. Ramp too short making angle a little too steep.

62yo female, using it to carry a Segway on the back of my RV. Compete in Dog Agility, but not able to run, hence the Segway.
A good way to transport your scooter or wheelchair
It is a nice lift, good quality.
My husband has to tie it on every time we move from store to store, unless I can ride it from store to store. I thought the sides would be higher so all we would have to do was put it on the lift, I didn't realize he would have to do all this everytime we went across the road to another shopping center. Other wise, I am very satisfied with it.

Saves me a lot of time
Makes loading and unloading the scooter very fast and easy.
The actual trailer hitch. It was too big for the receiver so my husband had to grind it down all around it so that it would fit into the receiver. He did speak with EZ Carrier and they told him it was the second call with the same complaint.

My husband, Lester, is 76 years old and had a leg amputation in June.
great affordable product
practical ,inexpensive, reliable & convenient for retired people not so for working person with disability coz of time factor for securing it to the ramp itself
The product is excellent except it is time consuming to secure a scooter/wheelchair by itself in/on the ramp. I will be interested to market it for you or be your sales rep here if you can include a safety bracket lockable at a very short time to maintain the securement of wheelchair/scooter equipment.

It's great!
People stop me in parking lots all the time and I highly recomend the EZ carrier to them all. It's great being able to take my chair anywhere I want to go.
I like the fact that it has a loading ramp but we're trying to figure out a way to put side rails on it so my wife won't have so much trouble getting the chair up it.

I use a power chair because I have only one leg. It's great to be able to take my chair to town. I feel free for the first time in years. I'm 73 years
It works for what it was designed for
Makes it a lot easier for me to go shopping and to get around in the Museum that I do volentieer work for.
The bracket that is used to Pin the ramp in the folded and loaded position needs to have the sharp corners rounded off. It is too easly ran into when comming around the vehicle and cutting yourself on. This should have been very evident to whomever designed the product. And it would be nice to have a manual hydrolic cylender to help unfold and raise the platform. Hope this helps. Don
