I liike the ease with which I can adjust positions inside the shower enclosure. It is easy to lift and reposition.
I find the backrest to be uncomfortable for m e since I am a large person {some 265 lbs} My back is curved and does not fit your mold.

My daughter, Trish, who is 32, suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury in 1992. Her problems are complex, but for one, her balance is precarious.
I feel very safe with this bench.
Quality of materials used. Quality of manufacturing processes. Fit of component pieces.
None for the product itself.

Durability ...easy to keep clean
Sitting area is small due to backrest (I'm a small person).

Sturdy; easy to clean; wonderful.
Sturdy for large folks; drains; easy to put in and out of the tub; my husband felt secure for the first time in a long time. It was wonderful.
We didn't like the back and ended up not using it. Since he was not a transfer bench user, we would have liked a second handle.

The person has lung cancer and back problems.
Very satisfied.
Sturdy enough for a 275 lb adult and narrow enough to fit in a tub.
Could use another arm on the left side.

65 yr old male with bad knees and back. Enables me to reach my feet and lower body to wash as I am unable to bend over that far.
It's a good product.
Study construction but light.
I had trouble getting the back to fit into the slot on the seat.
