Best money I have ever spent for her comfort.
She can now sit in her wheelchair as long as she wants without pain due to the way the cushion adjusts to pressure points. The opening for the tailbone is a great help.
A bit on the expensive side but well worth it. Before she dreaded getting into the wheelchair but not with the Jay 2.

Just the ticket!
Great positioning features. Helps her to sit upright and equally balanced on both sides
None so far. She is able to sit for 10 to 12 hours now with little or no discomfort. None so far.

Solved skin breakdown problems.
Low maintenance yet offers protection needed.
A little heavier than the air cushion used previously. Positive results far outweigh the weaknesses.

tremendous protection from pressure sores
the primary strength is its ability to protect skin breakdowns in wheelchair users. I use my chair up to 18 hours a day, and have never had a significant skin breakdown. Also helps with posture.
other than being a little heavy, I don't see significant weaknesses.
