The comfort is excellent. Her last cushion of this exact type and brand lasted 5 years. Keeps her from sliding. Excellent cushion!
It's expensive but worth it.

Less shifting and still no sores, seems durable and comfortable.
Too new to tell - none so far.

My husband is a 39 yr old new quadraplegic. This cushion eliminates the need for me to shift him every half hour as was recommended by the rehab

The cushion has reduced my nerve pain slightly
The cushion is more comfortable than others I have used and it is effective in reducing nerve pain.
It's a little harder to transfer to because it is softer. A minor inconvenience.

Spinal column injury
Superior product, but not exactly designed for extreme...
This is probably one of the best or better products to help prevent skin breakdown.
The cushion sits rather high on most normal seating platforns and is rather difficult and awkward. And, some of the layered material could be more softer and flexible outside the gel area.

Disabled youth, 21 years old, 80 lbs, requires positioning, high risk for skin breakdown. But best of all, a great son.
It is an excellent product
That cushion is nearly perfect. Especially for those who use the wheelchair almost 24 hours a day. It prevents the skin ulcers.
It is expensive, it bottoms out very quickly after using a few times. In the last few years I bought many because they bottom out. Furthermore, when I order, I have to have it shipped to my relative either in Hawaii or in California and then they ship to Guam. Unfortunately Guam is not on the mailing list of spin life Company

The best cushion on the market
It works so well at preventing pressure sores I don't even have to do weight shifts.
I've been using this product for 4 years and can think of no weaknesses.
