Comfortable and served our need.
Looks good, light weight.
Chair is difficult to fold and unfold. There seems to be a binding and stiffness in the folding mechanism. If it is frustrating for a able bodied person, it would be difficult for a handicaped person. This problem should be addressed for future purchasers. Painted hand rings were recommended when I ordered chair. After one week cruise they are scratched up. Anodized or chrome should have been recommended. Looks is important to a handicapped person. Any painted part is going to get scratched if it is on outer surfaces of the chair.

67 year old lady with M.S. She walks some, but only short distances.
Very pleased with chair.
1. The size is customized for fit and comfort. 2. Came equipped with safety features - seat belt, rear wheel bars. 3. More lightweight than the other chair she had. 4. More easily manuevered.
We haven't found one yet.

A quality product that would be even better with complete...
The 8" front casters and the foam filled large rear tires do a lot to make the ride on rough paved surfaces smoother.
The painted finish on the hand rims started to flake off after 3 or 4 days of use. I wish we had ordered the anodized rims like we originally intended rather than the painted rims that were recommended. Instructions for assembling the front forks and 2" wide casters would have been useful and have avoided my need to call for help. The inclusion of unnecessary large washers in the associated parts bag contributed to our confusion.

THIS CHAIR IS VERY LIGHTWEIGHT WHICH MAKES IT EASY TO PUSH.
I DON'T LIKE THAT THE WHEELS ARE HARD PLASTIC AND NOT METAL. I FIND THAT IF I AM GOING DOWN A HILL AND TRY TO STOP THE WHEELS ARE TOO HOT AND IT IS DIFFICULT TO STOP. ALSO IT IS HARD TO OPEN AND CLOSE.

my chair
it's light weight, easy to fold up, compact to fit in the trunk of the car.
the explanation of the hand-rims. it needs to say if they are complete cylinders/tubing.

i love it, but the only thing i would change is the hand-rims on the wheels. it did not say that they are not a solid cylinders.
better value than invacare products
good bang for the buck, armrests are easy to operate
brake handles are a little too small, weight is better than most but lighter would be better

For the price, a great wheelchair.
Lightweight, ease of use and the fact that you order the size for the person. You get a chair that fits the person.
The only negative we see is the brake levers. They are short and sharp. A little longer lever with rounded handles is so much easier on the hands, especially elderly or weak hands.
