Great scooter
Has a smooth ride. Very maneuverable.
Having a seat to accommodate shorter people. I had to use an seat from an different model manufactured by Pride that I bought. The seat that came on the Victory 9 is too thick for me to sit on. Wish we had an option of seats to select for each model.

I am 68. I have breathing problems and I am on oxygen.
Very user-friendly for people with limited hand mobility.
Good battery life, ease of assembly, excellant hand control and steering.
Factory batteries good for level ground only. It will not climb anything but the slightest incline without rider dismounting.
