Love it!
Easy to use, comfortable.
The cord for the remote is on the inside of the chair rather than on the outside. It is between the chair and the occupant (me). The chair does not really lift you up to aid in helping you to rise. It tilts you forward and if you are not careful, it will dump you on the floor. It needs to lift more and dump less!

Overall I am pleased
Comfortable
I like the controller better on my old model. Still trying to get used to the new one.

I am 75 and have MS. The chair helps me stand up, sleep and relax.
Looks great - works fine.
Functionality.
For me, the height of the seat was to low. I have added a wheelchair cushion.

Probably would have given all 5 stars if not for reasons in...
Chair is very comfortable. It fits my height and the seat is deep enough to fit my leg length properly. The massage and heat is great. In the future I’m sure the lift feature will be nice to have.
Right remote comes up from between the seat cushion instead of from the outside pocket, & it doesn’t have a hook to clip the cord into like the left side does. My elbow constantly rubs on it.

great product better than my last one
extra motors make it better than most other chairs
seat area is not as deep as my last one,so sitting in it is a bit hard at times. Also the seat area I slidw on it;guess it will be better over time.

Comfortable and love the Sunbrella fabric
Can customize sitting positions with the separate back and foot controls. Came put together and set up took about 2 minutes.
Be nice if foot plate was padded with memory foam.
