I would recommend that the cloth that is on the head rest be affixed with velcro so that it can be removed, washed and easily replaced. I have no other suggestions.

1-straight and angled lift should be offered on all chairs. Preferred the straight lift feature but was unable to get it on this chair. 2-remote should have a on/off button, then backlit lights would go out when the chair is not in use rather than be on continuously.

The quality is so good I bought two of this product.

The second chair I purchased does not have a side clip to hold the controller, so it is more difficult to retrieve; because of this I gave the Ease of Use category a '2'.
