I have seven chairs and this is the Best!

Ease in general use.

The one thing my husband finds inconvenient is the pouch to store remote. It is too low.

Husband is using chair. He is very happy with product.
The chair is comfortable and supports well.
I feel that ease of use and comfort are the main strengths.
The material in my chair had a worn spot on the lower right side when it arrived.

The chair works excellently;.
Warranty, durability, reliability and performance
I would recommend that the cloth that is on the head rest be affixed with velcro so that it can be removed, washed and easily replaced. I have no other suggestions.

71 year old, having had hip replacement surgery during recovery is not to bend at the wast for six weeks beyond 90 degrees. The chair helps.

works as expected
color fabric weight capacity independent head and foot positions
1-straight and angled lift should be offered on all chairs. Preferred the straight lift feature but was unable to get it on this chair. 2-remote should have a on/off button, then backlit lights would go out when the chair is not in use rather than be on continuously.
