I would have liked the representative to explain the length
The EZ-Access is made of good quality and was fairly easy to assemble. But we were missing 2 screws.
Again the length.

The product was nice but I would like the length of the ramp to be longer. It is too short for me and I struggle to get my son in the house.

Good until try to attach the extensions
The way that it was universal for the sizes.
The only thing that went wrong is that when we tried to attatch to the concrete the screw at the top left ended up breaking after a couple uses. The holes would not support a thicker and stronger screw.

TRANSITIONS® Modular Entry Ramp: Review
These ramps will give me access to the kitchen.
May have too short a run for the rise.

Jazzy could not traverse sliding door threshold both directions. Now it is fine. Was amazed at second-day delivery -- not 2nd business day, 2nd day!
This is a sturdy product and was easy to install.
The ramp supports heavy weights; the combined weight of myself and my wheelchair is 630 lbs.
None so far.

The product works well and installation was easy.
Wonderful way to get into the patio and back yard.
It doesn't take up a lot of room and is strong and easy enough for me to use and also for those who can walk. It can be used by everyone and doesn't need to be put up between uses by the wheelchair-bound. Very easy to put together and seems strong enough so far.
I wish it were solid instead of sitting on some rather thin feet with empty space between -- although they seem strong enough so far.

This ramp is a way for me to get from the dining room into our patio where we grow lots of cacti and succulents. I am in a wheelchair
This product does the job; it's a little expensive for all...
I think it will probably hold up ok.

The ramp works very well, once I got it together. It came with NO directions and NO screws to put it together.
TRANSITIONS® Modular Entry Ramp: Review
The make of this ramp is good, but It doesn't help me entering my house; the pitch is too high; my right leg is not strong enough to bring my body forward

This has helped to improve the ease of going up and down...
So much better to go from one floor level to the other; no more spills or falling items
Had to remove 1/2 inch from height to fit properly; no 1/2 inch available

77 year old male, wheelchair user, on oxygen 24/7, bird watcher and sports fan.
Make sure of length vs height.
Good product if right size purchased.
"L to H" chart not for power wheel chairs. WATCH OUT FOR SHARP EDGES!!!! I cut my hand.
