I am a78 year old Army Vet with one leg,I am realy happy with my EW 20 scooter.

Comfortable seat.

There is no way to move the seat back or adjust it better for comfort. The handle bars are also too close together.

Easy to load

The seat back should be on a hinge to make it easier. I had mine done that way.

Top heavy unable to lower seat even though there are holes indicating you should be able to lower the seat but you cannot.

the only problem is front wheel drive is not good on wet grass

The strengths of this scooter, is, it's light, it stays charged a long time, and it goes faster than most scooters, it's simple to operate.

The weaknesses of this scooter is the length, it won't fit on a lot of the cargo carriers, and the distance between the seat and the handle bars, is too far.

I just had a knee replacement, severe arthritis, and am 80 years old, walking short distances is very painful, this scooter allows me to go further.

This scooter is fast and reasonably priced. It gets my mother to the grocery store and back (3 mile round trip) with plenty of charge to spare.

It's not as heavy as some, but it's still quite heavy. You will need ramps everywhere. It's not water resistant, so it needs to be kept inside and shielded from the weather.

It is my favorite aesthetic I have seen, and the 3 speed options and turning radius are both nice.

Must be alert, coordinated, and able to maintain balance to get the most out of your EW-19.
