Awesome product!! Easy to operate and goes anywhere!
I have used this scooter quite a bit - going to farmer's markets and festivals that I have been unable to go to for some time now and I absolutely LOVE getting my life back! It will go fast or it will go slow depending on what you set it for. It will go over grass as well as concrete with no problems.
I did turn it over once by turning too sharply while at a higher rate of speed. Always slow down before you make a turn of you will end up on the ground wondering how you got there. It happens so quickly!!

Exceptional!
Great travel scooter!!
Perfect size to use when traveling- airports transport without difficulty. Easy to break down to lift into vehicle. Great turn radius with three wheeled version. Love the ease of charging batteries both when loaded on scooter and when removed to charge separately.
Nothing so far! Only concern is the manual brake, which pulls up vs a lever to lock and unlock.

Both my husband and I require the use of mobility scooters for any long distance walking. Wouldn't be able to travel places without it!
Scooter feels well built, not flimsy
Good design, very good price

Meets my needs.
The maneuverability and speed control.
It needs four more inches in length to the foot platform to allow old non-bending legs to get in and out.

Due to a badly broken ankle, I was unable to walk any long distances. We looked at many scooters, but we settled on Spinlife Phoenix 3-Wheel Travel
Easy to disassemble
As I said, it is easy to take apart.
The battery is heavier than either of my other two scooters. You have to reach over the power handle to reach into the basket, sometimes having a mishap. The basket could be higher.

Had both knees replaced. I am short and have a problem getting my leg past the handle bar to get off the scooter. It is a very short space.
Goes dead after a few miles, and hard to put together.
It's very heavy duty.
Hard to put together after taking apart, and battery goes dead after only a few miles.
