I expected it to be a 5 inch platform of one piece, not something which had to be put together like a puzzle.

It is light in weight, it's easy to use, and it works!

I live in a condo and my Association wouldn't let me instal it. They will only allow a permanent ramp (cement-tar-etc.)However it was an excellent product. The only problem I had was trying to find a good ramp like this one, and it took a lot of searching. You need to advertise or something! Thank you for carrying this product!!
