Spinlife worked better than I have experienced. I had a problem with something that was bent in shipping they made it perfect to work with. They sent a new scooter. Love my scooter and the people I got it from.

The ability to break it down and place it in your trunk, is great for me--I use it at will without any worry about set up or delay from setting it up--It's fast and easy.

So far it has done everything I put it through--I have not found any issues.

Durable, strong, battery operated. Most importantly, the gentleman who assembled it was incredibly knowledgable, patient, kind and thoughtful. We would buy it again because of his wonderful customer service. He was a great person and a huge help.

Would be nice if it came with booklet of additional accessories for additional purchases to make it more functional like baskets, cup holders, etc.

The horn blew every time the scooter was turned on but they sent a new one out and it is wonderful! Thanks!

Easy to assemble and disassemble.

the throttle is "opposite" other scooters, such as shopping carts, etc. The direction for forward is the opposite direction.

Unable to be weight-bearing for more than a few minutes.

I don't feel that it has any specific strengths.

The plastic wheels make it look cheap, the rubber tires would be a much better choice
