Cheaply made for its price, slow, and the seat is not very comfortable. There also wasn't really a good option for sending it back.

2 knee surgery helps getting around easier
Very economical and works as advertised.
For the price, it fits his needs.
Since he uses it outside and our driveway is gravel, he could have used better tires. They are fine for inside and sidewalks, but they are stiff plastic; would have preferred rubber. Although, I knew that they were when I bought them.
