An excellent scooter
It reaches a good speed and goes slow when needed. Seat is highly adjustable and comfortable. Battery life is good. Controls are easy to use. Turning radius is quite good for a 4 wheel. Suspension makes bumps not so jarring.
The only thing that could be better is having the speed control as part of the lever instead of a knob on the panel.

Male, 76, paralyzed from waist down.
I am pleased with its preformance.
I like the speed of my Victory Sport; it helps me cross busy streets and its size and turning ability is useful when I'm out to do my grocery shopping, etc.
I have not experienced any so far.

Good scooter, probably one of the better ones in its class.
4-wheel definitely adds to the stability of the product. It is a good size & yet still fits fairly easily inside. I recently had it in a hotel room and with a little manual adjusting here & there, was able to squeeze into doorways and elevator. And as scooters go, it is attractive.
The speed-control dial does not bring the scooter to a halt, when the dial is turned all the way down. It still moves way too fast, in this mode. This I do not like. I have a similar 3-wheel model (selling), and it stops when the dial is in this position. And I like that. One other reason I got this model is that it has suspension. My 3-wheel does not. I expected a smoother/less bumpy ride, while using it in my backyard (grass). But I feel the ride is still too 'hard' for having springs. This was disappointing to me. If given the option, I would have rated this 3.5 stars.

Male/65 with Ataxia. Poor coordination & balance. Gait is very unsteady.
I was disappointed that it didn't come with a side view...
I gets me wherever I need to go within the battery charge capacity.
The horn is ridiculous and not loud enough to warn anyone.
