Have trouble getting out of sofas and need lift chair

The ability to sit in a position that allows the feet to be raised above the heart is super. Mom loves the added ability to turn on the heat and massage feature as well. Being able to come to a near standing position is a huge plus.

No weaknesses on the actual product but set-up directions however need some help! There were two sets of instructions, one generic and one specific to this chair. And even the specific list said the controller needed to be attached yet it was already wired in. A great feature but clear instructions are needed for us novice installers.
