Only used a week but cushion seems to keep shape and with removeable cover easy to keep clean.

Main weaknwess for me is rthe fabric on cushion. I am unable to slide at all to sit erect with back against wheelchair and must go thru a number of maneuvers to be comfortible. Probably should have purchased inexpensive cushion that came with chair.
