I am considered a walking quad. I broke c-5,c-6 and c-7 in 1983. I did have a gel cushion on top of my mattress and it really didn't help my back.

Absolute answer to prayer!
After eight weeks in the hospital following brain surgery, the first night home my granddaughter developed a lesion from sleeping on the mattress of a rented hospital bed. I immediately got online looking for something I could afford that was similar to what she had in the hospital. She has not had any sign of possible bedsores since I bought this mattress overlay over a month ago.
