She is my wife. She is 73 years old and is very large. She broke her leg last May and she spent 5 1/2 months in rehab before coming home.
Great for transferring with minimal caregiver exertion
Ease of handling and maneuvering in tight spaces.
Bob is 6'5" - he complains the sling pulls too tight on this arms - could the lift be made to accomodate taller people? Also, he wears size 15 shoe - the platform just fits his feet and if there were no lip on end it would be easier for him to put his feet on platform.

Safety is a key feature for us. As is ease of use.
The battery screen is too low on the machine. You have to be on the floor to read it.

Journey Stand Aid Professional Quick-Ship Lift: Review
This lift is very well made, extremely smooth and simple to operate.
It is hard to hook the small white loop (on the large sling) under the metal clip on the lift. Also, the metal piece where the sling connects to lift digs into her arms at the beginning of the lifting process.
